Ask for a review after delivery
Once an order is delivered, send the customer a link to rate it; the review waits for your approval.
When the order has arrived, tap Mark delivered.
Open ⋯ and tap Ask for a review on WhatsApp.
Send the message — it holds a link to rate this order.
When the review comes in, open Reviews and tap Approve.
