Terms of service

1. The service

SiteBazaar builds and hosts websites for businesses: online stores, restaurant QR menus and landing pages, with WhatsApp ordering and cash on delivery. Drafts may be prepared with the help of AI; we finish them with you before they go live.

The features included depend on the plan you choose.

2. Your account

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by staff you invite.
• Give us accurate business and contact details, and keep them up to date.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Plans, fees and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. You pay for your plan monthly, or yearly in advance; a yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price. The amounts are those agreed when you sign up, as shown on your invoices.
• A new website starts with a 14-day free trial: no card, nothing to pay until it ends. During the trial, the website has the limits of the plan you chose, or of the Start plan if you have not chosen one yet.
• A free preview started on WhatsApp is for you to see and edit: it does not take orders, contact messages or reviews until a plan is activated, and it is taken offline when the trial ends; an expired preview is kept offline for 90 days so you can still activate it, then deleted. If you start with a plan, its first invoice is due on the last day of the trial. To keep the website, pay that invoice; if it stays unpaid, we may take the website offline until it is paid.
• Setup is optional. If you ask us to set up your website for you, the one-time setup fee is added to your first invoice.
• We send invoices through your dashboard and, when email is available, by email. You can pay in cash, by Whish, by OMT or by bank transfer.
• Your plan does not renew by itself, and we never charge you automatically. Before each new month or year, we send you a renewal invoice, and your plan continues once it is paid.
• The setup fee pays for work we have already done, so it is not refundable once work has started. A monthly fee covers the month it is billed for and is not refunded once that month has started; a yearly fee covers the twelve months it is billed for and is not refunded once that year has started.
• If you move to a plan with fewer features, what it does not include is switched off, and you cannot add products beyond its limit. Nothing you already have is deleted.
• Each plan includes storage for your photos, videos and files — Lite: 1 GB, Start: 2 GB, Grow: 5 GB, Pro: 15 GB, Restaurant menu: 1 GB, Landing page: 1 GB. When it is full, new uploads and new AI pictures are refused until you delete files you no longer use or move to a bigger plan; nothing already on your website is deleted. Files you upload but never save to your website are removed after two weeks.
• If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date, we will remind you. If it remains unpaid, we may suspend your website until it is settled.
• Reasonable use: if your website's traffic or storage use becomes very high, far beyond what is usual for its plan, we may contact you to agree on a plan that fits it.
• We may change our prices. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they do.

4. Orders and payments from your customers

SiteBazaar does not process card payments. Your customers pay you directly: in cash on delivery, or by Whish or OMT with a payment reference they enter at checkout. Orders can also be sent to you on WhatsApp. SiteBazaar never receives or holds your customers' money, and checking that a Whish or OMT reference matches a real payment is your job.

You are the seller: you are responsible for your prices, stock, collecting payment, delivery, returns and refunds, and for following the consumer protection laws that apply to your business.

5. AI features

• AI can make mistakes. Review what it writes or changes before you publish it — you are responsible for what appears on your website.
• AI use is measured in credits. Free credits are limited; after that you can buy more or, where this option is available, connect your own AI provider account.
• The Grow plan includes 100 AI credits each month, and the Pro plan 300. These monthly credits reset every month, counted from the day your plan started; unused ones do not carry over.
• Bought credits have no cash value and are not refundable. They are added to your account once their invoice is paid, and they do not expire.
• If you connect your own AI provider account, that provider's fees and terms apply to your use of it.

6. Your content

You own the content you put on your website — products, photos, logos and texts. You give us permission to host, display, resize, format and back it up, only so we can run your site.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. What you may not do

• Sell or promote illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, or anything that needs a licence you do not have.
• Publish content that is fraudulent, hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit, or that exploits anyone.
• Send spam, upload malware, or try to access other clients' data or disrupt the platform.
• Use someone else's trademarks, photos or content without permission.

We may remove content or suspend a website that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

8. Domains

Your website address on sitebazaar.app is provided for as long as you are a client. If you use your own domain, it stays yours: you are responsible for registering and renewing it.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep your website fast and online, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance or a provider outage. We keep improving the service and may change or retire features; we will not remove something central to your plan without telling you first.

10. Ending the service

• You can stop at any time by messaging us. Your website stays online until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We may end or suspend the service if you break these terms or leave invoices unpaid. If we end the service for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of any period you paid in advance.
• You can download your products and orders from your dashboard at any time, and for 30 days after the service ends we will send them to you on request. After those 30 days we delete your website and its data; its final backup is erased 30 days later.

11. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, and otherwise as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If a disagreement arises, message us first — most things are resolved quickly. If not, the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give clients notice of significant changes by email or in their dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use SiteBazaar after that means you accept the updated terms.
