Get notified of new orders and messages
Turn on notifications on each phone or computer you use, and choose which ones you want.
Open Settings → Notifications on the phone you want to ring.
Tap Turn on notifications on this device and allow them when the browser asks.
Under Notify me about, keep orders, messages or both.
Tap Send a test to check.
