How to get sharp answers, what the assistant will not do, and how your data stays private.
AI- Name the period («last month», «since Monday») and, for a product, its size.
- One change per message.
- Wrong turn? Tap Stop, then Try again — retrying the same question is free, up to 3 times.
- Up to 2,000 characters a message, and 30 questions an hour per person (60 for the whole store).
- If SiteBazaar pauses AI for a moment (your own AI key too), the assistant says so and nothing is charged — try again a little later.
- It reads only your own business's data.
- Customers' phone numbers are hidden in answers; emails and phones are removed from message summaries.
- Your chats are private to you; notes never keep contact details.
