  • Credits come from your plan's monthly credits first, then free credits, then credits the SiteBazaar team gave you as a gift, then credits you bought.
  • Gift credits left shows a gift's credits. A gift given since 20 October 2026 lasts 90 days: its date is under your balance and in the history, and an email reminds you a week before. Credits you bought never expire. If the SiteBazaar team takes part of a gift back, the history says Gift credits taken back by SiteBazaar; your bought credits are never touched.
  • With your own AI key connected, questions run on your key instead of credits.
  • When 20 % or less is left you get a bell notice and an email; at zero the assistant and AI tools pause until you add credits.
  • While an AI action runs, its credits are set aside, so two actions at once can never spend more than you have; if the action fails, they come straight back.
  • If SiteBazaar pauses AI for a short while, the AI buttons turn grey and say why; nothing is charged and your credits stay as they are.
  • AI & credits → Credits & keys: your balance, Buy credits and the Credits history. Usage lists every AI action of the last 13 months; older months are kept as totals, and your balance stays the same.
