Open the order.
Tap WhatsApp next to the customer's phone.
Check the ready message, then press send in WhatsApp.
| Status | The ready message says |
|---|---|
| New | We received your order and will confirm it shortly. |
| Confirmed | Your order is confirmed. |
| Preparing | Your order is being prepared. |
| Out for delivery | It is on its way — with the tracking link, if you added one. |
| Delivered | It was delivered, thank you — with a link to rate the order. |
| Cancelled | “About your order:” — you finish the sentence. |
